We understand life happens, schedules change, but please give at least 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows our professional stylists to adjust their schedule accordingly, and us an opportunity to accommodate clients on our waiting list. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will do everything we can to work with your schedule.
